These are billet aluminum spacers for moving your tires out 1". They are a 5 bolt on a 4.5" bolt circle to a 5 bolt on a 4.5" bolt circle. The outer studs are 13 mm and you will have to drill your rims out a hair with a 1/2" drill to git the existing rims on if they are the small 7/16" holes. Some rims for some garden tractors are 13 mm already. Come with a pair of cover plates to cover the hole in the middle of your rim. Sold in Pairs, Unpainted.
