Category 0 - 3 Point Kits

If your thinking of converting to A Category 0 hitch for your Cub Cadet Garden Tractor, you have come to the right place. We have them for the 82 Series and up, the Quietlines, and even the Narrow frames.

A category 0 three point is a much better hitch than a sleeve hitch lift kit due to its lifting power and stabilization. A 3 point has a better pulling capacity due to the fact that it has 2 drag arms along the ground to pull with. Stabilization is better and leveling of equipment is much easier and infinite results can be achieved.

We have 2 styles of 3 points. We make a reproduction of the Original style OEM kit. This kit has some internal mods like bushings, thicker steel, more draft pin holes and other improvements - but looks very close to stock. We took that kit and made a Modified version of it. This is what we call the "Modified" kit. The modified kit has all the great improvements that the OEM has, plus it has extra holes on the lift arms for more adjustability. This makes it a much more sought after kit versus the OEM.

We make 3 points for 4 series of tractors. The 82 Series Regular Garden Tractors (GT), the 82 Series Super Garden Tractor (SGT), the Quietlines (QL), and the Narrow Frames (NF). We do not make any for the 70/100 series, or the Originals. They will be coming some day. None of our 3 point kits will work on tractors that have rear PTO.

All the kits listed below work off the same principal. The deck lift cylinder does the work. So the 3 point lift arm connects into the deck lift system. When the deck goes up, the 3 point goes up. Some tractors have the cam on the side of the tractor that allows you to lock your deck up. The 3 point will lift separately due to its floating capabilities.

Its been asked what makes this kit so special versus the kits that were originally made for these garden tractors. Some major improvements were made to this kit:

1. The holes in the lift arms are moved in 1", stock position (middle hole) and outward 1". This gives you the following lifting configurations.

Inner hole - More lifting capacity, less lift height, more control - 1.75" less travel than stock, 35% more lifting power.

Stock hole - same power and speed as stock - base line lifting capacity.

Outer hole - Less lifting capacity, More lifting height, Less control - 2" more travel than stock.

2. Bottom add on tabs to the rear axle tubes have been incorporated in.

3. Extra drag arm pin holes added for more customization.

4. Hydraulic port holes moved over closer to the frame so that the lines can run right next to the frame the whole length of the tractor.
